Let me create an individualized program that suits your body and lifestyle. I will take into account your fitness level, any previous injuries, areas of weakness, and your fitness goals. I encourage my clients to engage in fun and challenging activities.

Let's talk about your food preferences, planning, and logistics. Most people want to eat healthily but lack the strategies to execute it and see results. By identifying your struggles, we can create a customized plan for you and your family. Food is our culture, our community, and our livelihood.

I will always provide a safe space for my clients to be themselves. Making changes is hard, and it's harder when you feel unsafe or judged. I meet every client where they're at; regardless of background. However, I will push you to be vulnerable and real. I may also encourage you to seek other practitioners for mental health counseling, medical workup, physical therapy or chiropractic.
